After due date there will be a 5% of penalty of your current water bill. If your total water bill including the penalty is higher than your Customer’s Deposit you will be included in the Notice of Disconnection a day after your due date. If no payment is rendered after your Notice of Disconnection you will be under the list of the Disconnection Order on the next day. Disconnection then will be executed. Therefore, your service connection will be disconnected more or less 2 days after your due date if your total bill exceeds your Customer’s Deposit.
