Voluntary Disconnection is a temporary disconnection of your water service connection. This is commonly requested by schools during vacation or concessionaires who are planning to go out of town for a month or beyond. This will be reconnected upon the request of the registered concessionaire with the following procedures:
- Inspection for Re-open shall be conducted when the connection has been disconnected more than a week;
- To pay all the outstanding balance
- To pay reconnection fee of Php100.00
Schools, compound and other similar dwellings shall undergo account clearance upon the request of the reconnection fee.
