YES, you can change the name of the water service connection that you are currently using under the following conditions:

1. When you are the owner of the property
2. When you are authorized by the owner (if it applies)

The requirements are the following:

1. Attend orientation seminar for new service connection;
2. Fill-out the application form and sign the Water Service Contract;
3. Submit Waiver of Rights of the current registered person stating that he or she will waive his or her rights over the service connection account of the San Francisco Water District to your favor.
4. Submit any pertinent documents as proof of ownership over the property (e.g. Deed of Absolute Sale etc.) or Authorization letter of the owner of the property you are currently renting;
5. Pay the registration fee of Php50.00.
